Ages 10+. Move better, land safer, jump further and become more confident with the Parkour Basics classes. You will have the chance to refine your techniques under the seasoned eye of an experienced Parkour instructor. These sessions include strength and conditioning, to prepare your body for the rigors of Parkour.
Note: To participate in a Basics class, you MUST have previously attended a First Timers class, a Beginners term or a birthday party at Jump Squad HQ.
Ages 13+. Girls only class. All skill levels are catered for, though most students are beginners. Come and join in as we build Sydney’s strongest female Parkour community.
Ages 7 – 11 (Primary School). Kids classes are designed to accomodate progression of younger people in a comfortable and non-intimidating environment.
By grouping this age group together we can focus on age specific obstacles, fun and games and keep the energy level high for the whole class. It is also a great way to make new friends in the local area who share a passion for movement.
Parents are welcome to watch the class. Jump Squad HQ instructors have undergone NSW Police Working With Children checks and have current First Aid level 2.
Note: To participate in a Kids Basics class, you MUST have previously attended a First Timers class, a Beginners term or a birthday party at Jump Squad HQ.
