Well if you wanted to do the ADAPT Parkour and Freerunning coaching course this Easter, now is the time for action!
We will be accepting bookings up until midnight this Monday 11 March. Please email your name, age and contact details to [email protected] to secure your spot.
Remember the course will cover a huge range of topics over 3 (or 4) days and will be presented by none other than Stephane Vigroux from Parkour Generations.
